is the culmination of over 5 years of practical experience, volumes of note-taking, thousands of hours with students, and hundreds of hours speaking to parents, special ed & medical professionals, and driver's ed professionals available as an e-book or paperback, to provide added insight & guidance to parents, driving instructors & their students who want to learn to drive. A standard "cookie-cutter" approach to teaching driving to this wonderful population often doesn't work, and so a new methodology will need to be employed.

After spending over 40 years as a business owner in a traditional retail/service industry, teaching, instructing, and educating both staff and clientele, Ron needed a change. Empowering people to succeed through education and encouragement has been a lifelong passion of Ron's.

After spending over 40 years as a business owner in a traditional retail/service industry, teaching, instructing, and educating both staff and clientele, Ron needed a change. Empowering people to succeed through education and encouragement has been a lifelong passion of Ron's.
Ron is a certified Driving Instructor licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. He is also a Driver Rehabilitation Specialist and Certified Cognitive Coach and a member of ADED (Association for Driver Rehabilitation Specialists). As such, he loves to teach driving to the neurodiverse population who desire to learn.

Neurodiversity and neurodiverse driving aren't disabilities to be "fixed"; instead, they're " different abilities" to be recognized, unfolded, and worked with. That's exactly what we'll see in the chapters of the book and in the posts on this site. Hold on for a great ride!
